I snacked on a bowl of fresh pineapple.
Then I microwaved Amy's Broccoli and Cheese Pocket Sandwich for lunch. I also had a bag of 100 calorie Sunchips that didn't make it into today's pictures.
I wandered down to the kitchen on the 1st floor to use the water cooler and was able to scavenge some great stuff. I tried a tiny nibble of an apple cheesecake bar. I love the fresh apples combined with the creamy cheesecake. I also scored a coupon for Blue Diamond Oven Roasted Almonds.I went to the gym at 2 pm. I did 30 minutes of cardio on the Cybex machine. It went by so quickly cuz Twilight was playing on one of the big TVs. Edward Cullen is a great distraction from exercise that might otherwise be mind numbing.
I didn't want to do a tough workout at the gym because there was an All Staff meeting on campus. I was afraid to show up looking rough without any makeup to reapply. I snacked on a handful of pretzels and an oatmeal cookie.
Lazy dinner tonight to use some leftovers before we go grocery shopping later this week. I heated some of the "Chicken Leo," spread it on two tortillas, and topped it with a Mexican blend of cheeses. Not bad for a quick and easy meal.
