History Lesson
I was a cheerleader in college. I practiced 5 or 6 days each week and made sure I went to the gym on my own. I was super active and that helped me stay in great shape. Now that I've been out of school and away from cheerleading for a while, I am looking for ways to maintain the muscle tone I earned from years and years of exercise.
