Soup and a Sandwich

I'm working through lunch so I can leave the office at 4 pm. I decided to treat myself to something from the HealthWorks Cafe to help pass the long day at my desk. I ate a bowl of Butternut Squash Soup. It had bits of apple in it. They added a sweet little zing of flavor.

Remy the Rat watched over my bowl to remind me that ANYONE CAN COOK. I love the movie Ratatouille! (Funny story, we actually watched Ratatouille while staying at an old house in France. Very authentic!)

I also ordered the Vegetarian Wrap. The wrap in the photo isn't what I ordered...not sure what it was, but it was still tasty. My wrap was supposed to have cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, carrots, sprouts, and spinach dressing. This one contained cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, carrots, sprouts, and what I assumed to be goat cheese.

Only 2 more hours and then I'm heading to my apartment to meet my mom. She's going to help with yard work and cleaning for our party this weekend. She's also bringing my mail and a package I had sent home for safekeeping.

I actually work for Boston College. We lease a building on Route 9 that's right next to HealthWorks' Chestnut Hill location. That's what it's easier for me to workout over my lunch break.
