As I was about to fall asleep last night, my phone vibrated with a new text message. I didn't understand what it said because I was too groggy. Food, prize, me... Huh??!?!
This morning I solved the mystery!
I won 2 tickets to the 2009 New England Dessert Showcase from EatBoston's twitter contest. I tweeted that my favorite Boston dessert was a cannoli from Mike's Pastries. I guess that was delicious and Boston enough to be worthy of the prize.
I can't wait to go sample desserty treats tomorrow from 11 am-4 pm. I guess I'd better run tonight AND tomorrow morning so I won't feel too guilty.
