I decided to create a breakfast smoothie based on one of the recipes in my book. I changed things a little bit. My smoothie included
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 3 ice cubes
It was awful good! (That is Jared's old school Awful Awful glass. I would never steal anything from Newport Creamery!) It was really filling. I had thought about having a coffee on the way to work but after my smoothie, I didn't have room for anything else.
