Honest to Blog

Today's lunch was NOT impressive. I went to Dunkin Donuts because I thought I was eligible for a free coffee. To make a long story short, I had to pay for my ice coffee, and I also bought a bagel fun lunch. No so tasty but oh so cheap!

I went to the gym during my "lunch break." I'm supposed to be training for a 1/2 marathon and today was the first day I ran in almost 2 weeks. My mileage grand total? 2... Again, NOT impressive. I think along with battling my mind during the 1/2, I'll be fighting an even bigger battle against cramps. I try so hard to regulate my breathing but I constantly get cramps in the middle of my right side. Any tips and tricks?

36 days left to train... Yikes!

  1. Try to stretch a bit more...doing more ab stretches and then conscentrate on breathing in thru your nose and out thru your mouth...of course others diff. on that method
